Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: All orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Standard Shipping: Orders under $75 are shipped via UPS Ground at standard carrier rates calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping via UPS Ground typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via UPS from our studio in Stamford, Connecticut.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
