How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via UPS Ground typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are shipped via UPS at standard carrier rates.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How do I apply press-on nails?

Clean your natural nails, push back cuticles, and lightly buff the surface. Select the correct size for each nail. Apply a thin layer of nail glue (included) and press firmly for 10-15 seconds. That is it — salon-quality nails in minutes!

How long do they last?

With proper application, our press-on nails typically last 1-2 weeks. Avoid prolonged water exposure for best results.

Are they reusable?

Yes! Gently remove your press-on nails by soaking in warm soapy water, clean off any remaining adhesive, and store them in the original box for next time.

What sizes are available?

Each set comes with multiple sizes to fit most nail beds. If you need a custom fit, check out our custom order option.

What is your return policy?

Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us with photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to find a solution.
